Rub now offers a diverse range of treatments which are specifically designed for the workplace with a focus on stress relief, postural therapy and the reduction of muscular tension. The treatments are designed not only to tackle specific medical ailments but also to motivate and energise staff members.

Treatments in the workplace can be a non-intrusive, cost effective means by which management can demonstrate consideration for employee health and well-being whilst improving productivity, increasing morale and reducing absenteeism.
Typically a mobile ‘clinic’ would be set up in the workplace for which an employer simply needs to provide a little space that offers a degree of privacy.

After individual consultation, employees undergo treatment sessions which are generally subsidised by the employer (a tax deductible staff benefit). The length of the treatments are flexible but employers tend to favour shorter time-slots (20-30 minutes) as they interfere less with workflow. Some employers, however, elect to offer staff the treatment time in lieu of a financial contribution.
